Rotary Parlour Feeding Systems
Accurate, high-speed rotary feeding...
The compact feeder uses a 'dump' principle
to deliver rations at high speed to mangers fitted to rotary
parlours. Twin 12volt DC electric feeders fill a delivery
chute from an overhead auger and, at a precise moment the
discharge chute opens, 'dumping' the ration into the manger
without halting or slowing the table.
The kit of parts includes the twin 12volt
DC feeders, the 'dump' box and diaphragm valve, feed bin,
power supply and optical sensor. Not supplied and required
on site are:
- A vacuum supply to operate the discharge shoe diaphragm.
- The feeder control - please choose from the Digital
Feeder Control or the MicroMarque3S control.
- A 'flag' at each stall to trigger the feed dump.
