Service Exchange

ATL offers a comprehensive service exchange service on the majority of its electronic products. If you are unsure as to whether we can supply a service exchange part or product please contact us.

Set Price For Every Part - We offer a set price for every part in our Service Exchange price list. We aim to provide a next day delivery service on all orders. However, this cannot be guaranteed and in certain situations there can be delays where parts are not currently in stock. Please note that all invoices for service exchange items include a surcharge; this surcharge is credited if the item is returned within 28 days.

Three Month Guarantee On All Service Exchange Items - All service exchange parts are covered by a full three month guarantee. Should any parts fitted fail, they will be replaced free of charge for three months from the date of invoice. This guarantee applies only to the specific service exchange parts.

Important - Please note that we only accept service exchange orders from registered account holders. If you are not a registered account holder, please contact us and we will advise you of your local ATL dealer. Items being replaced by the service exchange should be returned to ATL using the Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) system. Please click here for the RMA system. Registered users can obtain authorisation for returns online. Items returned without using the RMA system are not guaranteed to have their surcharge credited.
