Repair & Return

ATL offers a comprehensive repair and return service on the majority of its electronic products. If you are unsure as to whether we can repair a part or product please contact us.

Free Repair Quotation - We offer a free quotation on all items sent back for repair before any work is carried out. If you decide that it is uneconomical to repair or would rather have it returned unrepaired, we ask that you pay the charges involved for the items return (i.e. carraige and administration). We aim to provide a quotation within 3 working days of receipt and a repair completion time of no more than 7 working days. However, please note that no repair time can be guaranteed and in certain situations there may be delays.

Three Month Guarantee On All Repairs - All repair work and parts fitted are covered by a full three month guarantee. Should any parts fitted or work undertaken fail, they will be replaced or re-worked free of charge for three months from the date of invoice. This guarantee applies only to the specific parts and work at the time of repair.

Important - Please note that we only accept repair and return orders from registered account holders. If you are not a registered account holder, please contact us and we will advise you of your local ATL dealer. Items being returned for repair should use the Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) system. Please click here for the RMA system. Registered users can obtain authorisation for returns online. Items returned without using the RMA system are not guaranteed to be repaired.
