Air Blast Control
Sterilises the parts ordinary washing cannot reach...
During the parlour wash routine, taps and bends in the milk pipe can create nooks and crannies that the sterilising fluid cannot reach. Microbes can collect in these nooks and crannies and could cause your cell count to increase.
The AirBlast control helps overcome this, by letting air into the lines at precise intervals. Because the air is filling a vacuum, the air moves through the lines at tremendous speed, pushing the sterilising fluid before it and ensuring that every inch is washed completely.
- Blasts air into milk line(s) during parlour wash, improving washing process;
- Caters for single, loop or 2 branch layouts;
- Adjustable air blast time (1.5 - 6.5 seconds);
- Controls 12vDC solenoid valve (not supplied).
